I know it's been a while, but better late than never. Hope everyone is doing well these days because this year has really turned like no other. I thought 2020 was going to be the year, but clearly not. 2020 was a year no one expected and has changed a lot of peoples lives and mind sets. For my life, it has changed like no other. Well, I have been dealing with my parents divorce, broke up with my partner that I was with for seven years, lost some friends a long the way, couldn't work for a long time and been trying to deal with my own self. I will get more into detail about that in my upcoming posts, but not everything has been bad. I graduated school finally, got back into horse back riding, met a new guy, got more pet sitting jobs and been making new friends. Things are looking up, but I still get those days when I am very down and I bet a lot of people are struggling with the same thing. All we can do is keep trying to do our best and keep striving.

For this blog, I want to talk about lifestyle, fashion, food and most importantly horses. I have been on and off riding horses for the past ten years. I got back into riding back in June when I met my new boyfriend. He is a polo rider and coaches other people. It's amazing how that sport works to be. You are never alone and always have team mates watching out for you. It is very fascinating to watch how the horses work, but how people communicate to one another. On my part, I help exercise and tack up the horses as best as I can. I am still a bit rusty and need to work on a few things, but I will get there eventually. I wish I never stopped riding because whenever I am on a horse, it is like therapy to me. I love connecting to a horse, learning how to trust each other and there is nothing like it. In my future posts, I will discuss more about how I am improving on my riding skills and what's it like being around horses. I also want to learn how to train them and hopefully one day that could be a full time job for me. Honestly, I just want to be around horses most of the time. They are just like big dogs if I am being honest. They are friendly, want to work and overall amazing creatures. I understand why people are intimidated by them, but once you are used to them, they are great to be around.

For the future of this blog, I want to post at least once a week. I haven't decided my post dates yet, but I will let you know. I don't want to put too much pressure when it comes to blogging or posting anything on any other social media page. Blogging is suppose to be fun like any hobby and I would like to know what you want to see from this blog. I don't want this blog to be all about me, I want to talk about different topics that you folks are interested in. I want to create a good, kind, caring and fun community. So, I encourage you to comment below what could help build a great community and any suggestions on what I can do to improve this blog. I will keep you updated on my instagram @maddytrixie when I will be posting next. Help everyone is doing well and until next week take care xxx
